LMRSS Intermediate

Two-legged pullback

Also known as ABC pullback

A structured retracement that unfolds in two distinct moves rather than one, typical of profit-taking after a big move. It gives traders who missed the initial move a second, better-priced entry. Recognising the two-leg shape is what stops a trader entering after only the first leg.
