PEG ratio

Also known as Price/earnings-to-growth

The P/E ratio divided by the expected earnings growth rate, so a P/E of 20 with 10% growth gives a PEG of 2. It adds the growth dimension the raw P/E omits, and a lower PEG generally means you are paying less for the growth you expect. It is only as good as the growth forecast inside it.
